The Medi-Cal Behavioral Health Career Advancement Program (MCB-CAP) provides entirely free training and $2,000 stipends for uncertified staff in FQHCs, CMHCs, and SUD programs.
The MCB-CAP initiative is a fully funded program. All training and certifications are provided at no cost to the agency or the individual. Upon successful completion, the $2,000 stipend is issued directly to the participant to support their professional advancement.
Participants receive a complete suite of professional certifications and digital literacy tools to advance their careers in behavioral health.
